Aspect Software, an award-winning cloud provider headquartered in Phoenix, has rolled out noteworthy customer and agent experience enhancements to Zipwire, the company’s contact center solution.
Enhancements improve users’ abilities to engage on a variety of communication channels. Also, the new Agent Desktop features improved agent interactions to help create better efficiency, productivity and performance.
Additional highlights of the release include mobile and web APIs to allow support for two-way audio and video conversation including file transfer for desktop and mobile applications as well as agent-driven voicemail management and support for multiple VM greetings.
