Suzanne Kinney has been named director of the Arizona STEM Network at Science Foundation Arizona to lead a statewide collaboration of businesses, educators and philanthropy. She will also work with the new common core agenda to help more students succeed in the global marketplace after graduation.
Kinney comes to the foundation from the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where she was senior vice president for public policy. She also was founder and executive director of the Arizona Chamber Foundation, a research-based public policy think-tank.
Previously, Kinney was a senior management research analyst at Arizona State University’s Morrison Institute for Public Policy, where she researched, analyzed and reported on the state’s public policy issues.
