More American women are participating in the workforce than ever before but working from home in the pandemic might have stalled that progress. The Arizona Tech Council is one of the largest technology-driven trade associations in the United States. It represents a large range of technology companies, many of which are trying to hire more women.
From ground-based observatories to orbital telescopes to our first steps at sending robotic probes beyond Pluto, our generation and our children and grandchildren have a unique opportunity to learn about the planets circling other stars. The 7th Interstellar Symposium is an international gathering of scientists, engineers, and futurists who are engaged in laying the foundations for outposts throughout the solar system and achieving a pathway to the stars.
The 8th Annual Southern Arizona Tech + Business Expo was a great success! Thank you to all who sponsored, presented, exhibited, and attended. We kicked off with networking at the beach, then we heard from leaders in information technology, quantum internet, and digital signal processing, handed out our Annual Awards, visited tech company virtual booths and ended the night with more networking and fireworks at the beach!
