The Arizona SciTech Institute completed its first training event for level 2 Chief Science Officers (CSOs) at the University of Advancing Technology in Tempe. Students from existing CSO programs received training on expanding the reach and depth of their initiatives.
From more than 300 applications, the SciTech Institute was one of only 24 organizations across the United States to receive a generous grant for its efforts in promoting leadership, STEM and workforce development.
The SciTech Institute is seeking a full-time Communications Coordinator to nurture the growing need to support communications for the SciTech Institute’s key programs as well as the SciTech Institute brand itself.
The Arizona Technology Council’s Chief Science Officers (CSO) Program is designed to put middle and high school students at the center of STEM advocacy and community action.
