The Lunch and Learn Series is a weekly program that is presented by a member company on a rotating basis. The purpose of the series is to provide an opportunity for members to learn about a theme or product from a variety of industries, while enjoying lunch with other business professionals.
Lunch and Learn Event Snapshot
General Attendance: Approximately 20-50 attendees.
Cost for Attendance: This is a free program for members in both Phoenix and Tucson. The cost for attendance for non-members is $15.
Location: Presenting company chooses location. For metro Phoenix, ASU SkySong has terrific inexpensive meeting space. To reserve a room at ASU SkySong, click here.
Days: In Phoenix, the event is held every Tuesday, with the exception of holiday weeks. In Tucson, the event is held the first Wednesday of every month.
Time: 11:30am - 1:00pm. Typically food is served as people are arriving and the presentation begins around 11:45am. Presentations usually are about 45 minutes to an hour long to allow for a question and answer session.
Food and Beverage: Lunch provided by the presenting company. In Phoenix we have two great AZTC member catering companies that have each put together exclusive menus for the Lunch and Learn series, Nibblers Catering and Bruce Brown Catering. Food choice is entirely up to presenting company.
