Member Incentive Program

About the Program


This program is designed to have the almost 500 members of the Arizona Technology Council become salesmen for the Council.  The Member Incentive Program will encourage the current members to recruit and sell memberships to other companies. 

The Member Incentive Program will be based on the renewal rate of your company’s membership cost.  Below are the guidelines for the incentive program:

  1. You must be a current member of the Arizona Technology Council.  This means there are no past due membership dues, sponsorships, or advertising fees owed to the Council.
  2. Companies must bring in new members that are ready to sign up for the membership.  This means that the company is ready to commit to membership.  “Leads” do not count towards the incentive program.  Your company is able to ask for the assistance of the Council to help sell the membership, but a representative of your company must be present at the meeting.
  3. The new member can sign-up via the Council’s Web site or by contacting the Council’s Membership Director, Deborah Zack (Phoenix) or Director, Tucson Regional Office, Justin Williams (Tucson).  You will need a representative of your company to contact Deborah or Justin to let them know you are working on this company.
  4. New memberships must be closed by the renewal date of your current membership.  For example, if your renewal date is 5/1/09, you must have the new member signed up and paid by that date in order to receive your incentive discount in your current membership year.

Incentives will be based on a percentage scale of your Council membership renewal.  For each member you close and sign-up, you will receive the following.  The discount will be capped at ten (10) new members per company per year.

Reward Chart (Based on number of new members brought into the Council):

  1. 10% off your renewal rate** – Example if your renewal rate is $400, you receive $40 off.
  2. 20% off your renewal rate** – Example if your renewal rate is $400, you receive $80 off.
  3. 30% off your renewal rate**
  4. 40% off your renewal rate**
  5. 50% off your renewal rate**
  6. 60% off your renewal rate**
  7. 70% off your renewal rate**
  8. 80% off your renewal rate**
  9. 90% off your renewal rate**
  10. 100% off your renewal rate**

*New member is classified as a company who is currently not a member of the Council or were a past member whose membership lapsed for over one (1) year from the new sign-up date.

**Value is not to exceed the value of the membership sold.  If you sell a $300 membership and your percentage is higher then that amount, you receive the value of the membership sold off your renewal. Policy effective May, 1 2009.
