Quinn Williams, Shareholder, Greenberg Traurig, LLP, represents and counsels public and private companies, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, investment banks and investment groups. He is recognized as a leading figure in Arizona and the southwest, in venture capital, private and public financings, technology and acquisition transactions.

As board member of profit and non-profit companies, Williams regularly counsels boards of directors on compliance and corporate governance matters.

Williams focuses his practice on the areas of securities, venture capital, private and public financings, mergers and acquisitions, franchising compliance and corporate governance. He has been counsel to numerous entrepreneurial clients in public and private securities offerings, as well as representing regional and national venture capital funds and there portfolio companies in equity and debt financings. Williams has represented many corporations in the areas of securities compliance matters, mergers and public securities offerings.

Williams currently serves as the Enterprise Network Chair and is a member of the Governor's Council on Innovation and Technology.
