Arizona Innovation Institute
Arizona Innovation Institute
The new Arizona Innovation Institute, as part of the Arizona Technology Council Foundation, offers groundbreaking training in creativity and decision-making methodologies to Arizona businesses and organizations, large and small alike. Previously, this training, which has proved to increase profits, drive innovation and create jobs, was only available to major organizations.
The Institute's
classes and on-site sessions
address innovation by developing new ways to discover important and emerging customer needs, processes for creating business strategy, and methods for creating breakthrough solutions to existing business challenges. Participants also benefit from skill training for new product and service development.
The Institute, in collaboration with the renowned Dr. George Land and Dr. Beth Jarman’s
FarSight Group, Inc.
, is now offering Arizonans this proprietary, systematic approach for organizational transformation and innovation, which has boosted the bottom line for major organizations throughout the world.
Dr. Land
, author of the Pulitzer Prize nominated book Grow or Die, is a recognized pioneer and practitioner in the field of creative thinking and innovation and for his work in Transformation Theory.
The FarSight Group
is an Arizona firm with three decades of experience helping organizations innovate and stay ahead of the competition. The FarSight Group pioneered and mastered the combination of innovation methodologies and collaborative decision-making technologies used in organizations throughout the globe including: NASA, 3M Worldwide, The Pentagon, Herman Miller, Harvard and Stanford Universities, Branch Bank and Trust, the Phoenix Business Journal, Banner Heart Hospital, MSS Technologies and numerous Fortune 500 corporations.
“We are facing changes that cannot be addressed with traditional methods, because change itself has changed,” asserts Land. “We no longer face incremental, predictable changes, but massive unprecedented shifts. Many solutions that worked in the past now simply cause more problems. A whole new perspective is needed to successfully approach this new era.”
The Institute’s innovation methodology brings this new perspective directly to Arizona. The methodology has been successfully applied to multiple business applications including:
New Market Identification
Manufacturing
New Product Development
Product Delivery
Customer Service
Organizational Design
Sales and Marketing
IT and Process Alignment
Those who should attend the Arizona Innovation Institute programs include:
