Event Description:

Newly formatted for 2012, the Council Connect series is the signature luncheon of the Arizona Technology Council and an initiaitive of the Council's Ambassador Committee. Held on the third Wednesday of every month at Seasons 52 at the Biltmore Fashion Park, this event aims to tackle a diverse group of hot-button issues your business will face. Open to both AZTC members and non-members, the reformatted Council Connect series aims gathers over 75 technologists and business professionals for lunch every month.

Need Salary Data?
We got it! Earlier this year, Mountain States Employers Council (MSEC) partnered with the Arizona Technology Council to conduct a comprehensive wage and benefits survey of the technology community for Arizona businesses The results are in and with over 80 jobs to report, employers have a new resource to compare how their compensation program measures up. This survey comes as a result of input from the Council’s annual Member Listening Survey and is a natural follow up to the Arizona Technology Workforce Study that was shared with AZTC members this past December.

Whether your company is in the technology business or has technology-related jobs, the purpose of this survey was to build a timely, locally-based salary and benefits survey specifically targeted to jobs and companies in the aerospace & defense, bioscience, cleantech, electronics, information technology, optics, telecommunication and related industries.

Join Patty Goodwin, Director of Surveys for MSEC, as she presents an overview of the findings and answers to your questions:
