11:30 AM TO 1:30 PM
Every single day we get feedback about our performance – formally and informally. And, we spend a great deal of time proving that the feedback is wrong. But, what if the feedback has some basis in truth based on current perceptions?
There’s good news! Perceptions can be influenced and changed!
There is a plan and strategy you can put into place that will begin to close the gaps between what others perceive and how you truly want to be viewed. Leadership is not a title; rather, it is a collection of traits and behaviors that communicate your capabilities and essence as a leader.
In this workshop, you begin the work on building a Personal Leadership Brand that you feel is more representative of the leader you are today and the leader you want to become!
This workshop will focus on what a corporate or business “personal leadership brand” is and how a leader can intentionally enhance/refine their brand within a company or industry.
Personal branding is often referred to as leadership presence and organization influence. Development of a personal brand will afford leaders, at various levels of the organization, an opportunity to strategically influence the attributes they want to be known for within the company.
This will be accomplished by having participants using the Arizona Coaching leadership branding model that has three elements: Ideal, Current State and Aspiration Leadership. The significance of utilizing this model is that leadership “gaps” can be identified and plans put in place to close these gaps and create greater alignment between perceptions and intentions as a leader.
