Chuck Vermillion is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of OneNeck IT Services Corporation, and the driving force behind OneNeck’s continued success as a mid-market IT industry leader.

Chuck always had the “entrepreneurial itch” and was very intuitive in launching OneNeck as a comprehensive, flexible outsourcing service provider for the mid-market at just the right time. OneNeck was the first credible Design, Build, Run provider at a time when ERP was seen simply as a Y2K remediation.

As an energetic, results-driven leader, Chuck established the strategic vision for the company and guided it through a private equity recapitalization as well as several successful acquisitions which have helped solidify both OneNeck’s stability and success going forward. Especially noteworthy is OneNeck’s performance record, having been profitable quarter-after-quarter since the company's inception in 1997.

OneNeck has been ranked the No. 1 IT ERP Outsourcer for the last three years by the Black Book of Outsourcing, an independent survey receiving feedback from nearly 24,000 outsourcing users and decision makers globally to determine the top vendors worldwide. OneNeck was also named the Number One Consulting firm in the Phoenix Business Journal Book of Lists for 2009.

Background: Chuck has over 24 years of experience providing information technology consulting. He started his career with Ernst & Young in 1984, where he provided consulting services to customers ranging from Fortune 50 companies to $100 million enterprises. During his 12 years with Ernst & Young, Chuck was a primary contributor to the growth of the St. Louis and Phoenix offices. He was also a member of Ernst & Young’s National Manufacturing Practice.

In 1996, Chuck joined Fiberite Inc., a $250 million advanced materials manufacturer, as their Corporate Information Technology Director. At Fiberite, he was responsible for all IT operations.

Education: Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Personal: Chuck resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife, Laurie and their son Hunter.
